While New Castle's official election was cancelled due to lack of candidates, there are still some new faces.
Caitlin Carey, Brandy Copeland, and newcomer Emily Sampley will be sworn in to town council on April 21, along with incoming mayor Grady Hazleton.
All seats are four-year terms and will be up for reelection in 2030.
