Town of Silt to spend $28 million on new water plant

The days of drinking brown water for residents of Silt are coming to an end with a new water plant coming online this month, but that comes at a price - $28 million dollars, to be exact. Silt Town Manager Jim Mann says it replaces a decades-old facility. KDNK’s Mike Lemmer reports on cost of infrastructure upgrades in our rural towns.
