Crews are responding to a new wildfire near the Buck Point subdivision along Cottonwood Pass in Eagle County.
Eagle County has issued an evacuation order for the area along Buck Point Drive and Cottonwood Pass Road. Pre-evacuation orders are in effect for the surrounding area. Cottonwood Pass is now closed.
The size of the fire is currently 1 acre.
