If the circus came to Frenchman Street, it might find the March Fourth Marching Band. The ensemble marches into this year's Mountain Fair at the very end, on Sunday night at 5:15. Check out this video and then pick your jaw up off the floor. No telling if they're bringing the stilt walkers, but they sure do bring the pizzazz.
