Eagle County Commissioners Monday approved a 6-month moratorium on zone change applications in the unincorporated, Roaring Fork Valley portion of the county. The controversial Tree Farm project, across Highway 82 from Whole Foods, was approved in June, which Commissioners and the Roaring Fork Valley Planning Commission say triggered the temporary development ban.
