US Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced today that he plans to end Federal non-interference with state marijuana legalization laws by reversing the Cole Memorandum and other Obama-era policies. Colorado Senator Cory Gardner says this is completely the opposite of promises made by Sessions and President Trump. Here’s a clip from Gardner’s remarks from the Senate floor.
