The Centers for Disease Control reports that the opioid crisis in the US is getting worse. From July, 2016 through September, 2017, opioid overdoses went up 30% in 45 states, 70% in the Midwest, and large cities in 16 states witnessed an increase of 54%. KDNK's Amy Hadden Marsh asked Congressman Scott Tipton why some of what the Federal government is doing is not enough.
