Founder of Roaring Fork Insight, Author of Mindful Monday posts. I have been practicing mindfulness, meditation and yoga since 1999 and have been facilitating these practices since 2000. Inspired by the teachings of Richard Freeman, Jack Kornfield, Norman Fischer Suzuki Roshi and Ajahn Chah, I've received training through Spirit Rock Mediation Center, Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, Mindful Schools and am a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator through UCLA's Semel Institute for Neuroscience & Human Behavior.
