The Bureau of Land Management has released the final environmental assessment and management plan proposal for the Sutey Ranch and Haines Parcel just north of Carbondale. Local equestrians and mountain bikers say they like what they see. The plan is open for public comment until March 18. KDNK's Amy Hadden Marsh reports.
