Basalt Town Council and Carbondale trustees Tuesday night voted unanimously to oppose the Mid-Continent Limestone Quarry expansion in Glenwood Springs. KDNK’s Lucas Turner attended the Carbondale meeting.
Glenwood Springs mayor Pro-tem Shelley Kaup, Councilor Paula Stepp, and City Manager Debra Figueroa presented to Carbondale trustees prior to the vote.
