Snow has already dusted the mountains all around Colorado, and more could be in the forecast later this week. With the cold and snowy weather comes winter weather warnings, but what do those warnings really mean? KDNKs Lucas Turner spoke with Norv Larson, meteorologist at the National Weather Service office in Grand Junction, to find out.
