Proposed Methane Emission Standards Popular at Rifle AQC Meeting

More than half of a standing-room-only crowd at Tuesday’s state Air Quality Control Commission hearing in Rifle commented on proposed methane emissions restrictions for oil and gas operations in Colorado.
