Congressman Scott Tipton has a new primary challenger from Rifle Colorado. Lauren Boebert is the owner of Shooter's Grill, where wait-staff openly carry guns during their shifts. She announced her campaign last week, saying that Congressman Tipton has failed to lead on conservative issues. KDNK’s Lucas Turner reports.
