Carbondale Arts unveiled its strategic plan Monday after a year of work. It includes a revised mission statement, marketing and financial strategies, and clarification on the role of the Carbondale Creative District within Carbondale Arts. Executive Director Amy Kimberly says the new plan provides clarity and direction.
