Bureau of Land Management: Ditching NEPA in Land-Use Planning?

The Bureau of Land Management is considering changes to agency land-use planning, which could eliminate National Environmental Policy Act requirements from long-term planning regulations. There has been no formal announcement of a new rulemaking, but KDNK's Amy Hadden Marsh spoke with Wilderness Workshop attorney Peter Hart about what these kinds of changes would mean for public lands protection.
