Amidst concerns of a spike in confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Garfield County, town and county officials have been trying to get the message out to residents of the importance of taking precautions against the disease, including a public conversation with Parachute Police Sergeant Justin Mayfield, who contracted the virus in March.
