Cottonwood Pass has become a popular (unofficial) alternative to long detours around Glenwood Canyon when I70 is closed. But, it’s a dangerous, narrow road and it’s taken the recent long-term canyon closure for county, state, and federal governments to pay attention. KDNK's Amy Hadden Marsh has this report.
