Durango Mobile Home Park Now Resident-Run Co-op

Rents at mobile home parks are on the rise across the Mountain West. To keep prices down, residents of a park in Durango, CO, bought it and turned it into a co-op. Now, other communities in the southwest part of the state want to do the same thing. For KSJD News and Rocky Mountain Community Radio, Lucas Brady Woods reports.<--break->
