Choral members rehearse in Carbondale's Third Street Center.

Reporter Hattison Rensberry brings listeners Thursday’s news, including a look inside the District Office as frustrated teachers, parents, and district residents packed the Roaring Fork Schools Board of Education meeting last night to protest a housing loan for the district’s superintendent. And, we take a listen to the Aspen Choral Society's latest unconventional approach to music making. Also, KDNK speaks with Ward 3 hopeful Sumner Schachter in the first of our conversations with candidates for Glenwood Springs City Council.

Hattison Rensberry grew up in Rifle, CO and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Drawing at the University of Northern Colorado. She comes to KDNK as reporter and host after working on the design-side of news for the past three years. Hattie does theater locally, photography, needlecrafts, and also provides Editorial Design for the Sopris Sun. Tea>Coffee
