Locals examine the CDOT informational boards holding their recommendations and depictions of the final products

Reporter Hattison Rensberry brings listeners Thursday’s news, including: housing, housing, and … housing. We take a look at new initiatives to address the crisis at the state level, and examine what’s happening locally. And, yesterday was World Water Day. It’s a United Nations’ initiative, but the Mountain West can sympathize. And Wyoming is coming for abortion pills, while Colorado tries to reduce school discipline disparities between white kids and kids of color. Also, an update on the progression of the Cottonwood Pass project between CDOT and Garfield County.

Hattison Rensberry grew up in Rifle, CO and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Drawing at the University of Northern Colorado. She comes to KDNK as reporter and host after working on the design-side of news for the past three years. Hattie does theater locally, photography, needlecrafts, and also provides Editorial Design for the Sopris Sun. Tea>Coffee
