Reporter Hattison Rensberry brings listeners Thursday's news, including: Carbondale’s Mayor is getting a major promotion within the Roaring Fork School District, a local equity symposium hosted by MANAUS, and the Mount Sopris Nordic Council is getting its first executive director. Also, we take a look at the impact forest health has on watersheds. And, how one family benefited an entire community by advocating for an accessible playground.

Hattison Rensberry grew up in Rifle, CO and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Drawing at the University of Northern Colorado. She comes to KDNK as reporter and host after working on the design-side of news for the past three years. Hattie does theater locally, photography, needlecrafts, and also provides Editorial Design for the Sopris Sun. Tea>Coffee
