The Ripple Effect is a monthly podcast with Caden Smith, featuring conversations with impactful people making waves in their communities, industries, and lives. These interviews are here to move you to start a ripple of your own.

Caden Smith is a student at Glenwood Springs High School and an AZYEP Intern who has a passion for music and radio projects. He has conducted many different interviews, co-hosted community roundtable discussions, emceed multiple community events, edited many sources of audio to be aired on KDNK, and has helped out in the classroom with middle school students. As a host, Caden aims to highlight voices that inspire new perspectives and change. Outside of AZYEP, he enjoys going outside, hanging out with friends, and playing guitar, drums, and piano.
