A Federal court in Denver dismissed a legal challenge against the Bureau of Land Management's 2016 Thompson Divide lease cancellations. KDNK's Amy Hadden Marsh has more.

Protestors at SG Interests proposed natural gas well pad site on Thompson Divide - one of the leases that was not canceled by the Bureau of Land Management. But, a District Court in Denver on September 4 dismissed a lawsuit by SG, appealing the cancellation of 18 of the company's leases on other parts of the Thompson Divide.
