Many people know Kristina Mace from her days at the Pine Creek Cookhouse at Ashecroft where she and her husband, Greg, served Hungarian cuisine to guests from around the world. But, most have never heard her harrowing story of escape from Hungary as a child. Here, she talks to Walter Gallacher about the winter of 1956 when Soviet tanks rolled into her neighborhood and changed her life.
