Body, Speech and Mind Class
Come join our Body, Speech and Mind Training class at Zenzen Gardens.
This awakening class grounds you in keeping your body strong, your speech kind, and your mind calm. Cindie Sorensen, your instructor, will share with you her core workout, lead you through breathing exercises, a short meditation, positive affirmation statements, mind training exercises, and the fundamentals of kind & compassionate speech.
You will leave this class feeling empowered, held, and loved. Cindie will encourage you to embrace yourself, see your own value, and inspire your worthiness, while standing strong through life's difficulties.
The class is slower paced, with gentle stretches and about 20 minutes of core exercises. You control the intensity of your workout by listening to your body and what you want out of the class.
Cindie shares her life's experiences from years of counseling, Buddhist teachings and physical therapy. She will share stories of her past so you too may grow and become the best person you can be. Cindie is not certified in anything yet brings her wisdom and experiences.
This class is open to everyone.
Classes start June 2nd, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and ends in September, depending on weather. On bad weather days the class will be in the barn.
Location: Lawn of main house, gold in color.
