Exhausted? Shamanic Journey for Deep Rest & Replenishment
Exhausted? Shamanic Journey for Deep Rest & Replenishment
No more information, effort or striving. Just space to restore and return to yourself through grounded shamanic journeying.
Many of us have spent years healing, growing, striving, caring, and holding so much.
We carry families, businesses, communities, responsibilities, and concern for a rapidly changing world.
At a recent gathering, every hand in the circle raised when I asked: “Who’s exhausted? Soul exhausted, exhausted by the pace of your life, by the noise in our world? Tired from all the healing you’ve done?”
Layered beneath it all was grief, overwhelm, or confusion.
Eventually there comes a point where even the healing and practices that once supported us can begin to feel like more effort.
But the remedy when you're soul-tired isn't more information, effort or striving.
Exhaustion is not always asking you to do more.
Sometimes it’s asking you to stop.
Breathe.
Be held.
Replenish.
This shamanic evening is an invitation to step out of the noise and pressure of daily life. To step out of the bright sun and activity of summer and into the coolness of the Kiva. To return to yourself.
Through a gentle and grounded shamanic journey, you will be guided into direct connection with your own inner wisdom and spiritual support.
Unlike plant medicines or altered-state practices, my lineage of shamanic journeying offers a simple and repeatable way to access guidance, nourishment, and healing while remaining fully present and aware.
No experience necessary.
Just your natural ability to listen.
During our evening together you will:
experience a guided shamanic journey for deep rest and renewal
reconnect with your own inner guidance and life force
soften nervous system overwhelm and mental exhaustion
receive support through imagery, intuition, symbolism, Spirit, and your inner world
leave knowing how to return to this sense of replenishment when life feels full
You do not need to figure anything out, leave with a plan or be given another thing to do.
You simply need a space to be replenished.
And to remember how to return there again.
Please bring an object for the altar that symbolizes what you desire to bring into your life and a journal and pen.
I look forward to holding space for you.
