FREE Community Transplanting Workshop - El Jebel
Join us for a hands-on Transplanting Workshop where you'll learn how to successfully transplant seedlings for indoor growing at high altitude until they can be planted outdoors in late May.
After a brief science-based educational session, participants will help transplant some of the 5,000 vegetable and herb starts that will be distributed to Lift-Up food pantry recipients in mid-May—helping empower local families to grow their own food.
This is a family-friendly event, and children are encouraged to participate! Come learn, grow, and give back to your community.
