Learn the basics of water, shelter, fire, and food on Monday, April 15 at 6 p.m. at the Carbondale Branch Library from Sue Gray, a Carbondale resident and an experienced prepper. Her talk is based on the book “Lights Out: A Cyberattack, A Nation Unprepared, Surviving the Aftermath” by Ted Koppel. The talk is free and open to the public.
