Every Child (formerly called the Confluence Early Childhood Development Service District) is hitting the road for a casual tour. Come meet our new Executive Director, grab a cold treat, and share your thoughts on the future of early childhood in our communities.

Every Child Parachute to Aspen was established in November 2025 by the voters in Garfield, Eagle, and Pitkin Counties to fund early childhood development services through the collection of a 0.25% sales and use tax. Our mission is to ensure every child from Parachute to Aspen has a strong foundation for success by investing in accessible, high-quality early childhood education.
