Local climate action nonprofit CORE is hosting a FREE after school event this Thursday, May 7th from 3:30-6pm at The Art Base in Basalt for kids to learn about carbon and building science, then engage in a craft using recycled materials! The event is geared towards children between 7 and 11 years old but all are welcome. You can register TODAY at aspencore.org on the upcoming events page!
