Remembering the Valley Journal: A Celebration of Local Journalism
Join us for an evening celebrating the Valley Journal and community journalism. Hear from the founding members of Carbondale's first local newspaper (and predecessor of The Sopris Sun), and learn about the library's digitization efforts to ensure the Valley Journal's archives remain accessible. Appetizers and refreshments will be served. Doors open at 5 PM, and talks will start at 5:30 PM.
