An invitation from Zachary Cashin: Join Krista and me for a deeply nourishing sound healing journey in the beautiful atmosphere of the Round Room. Together, we’ll explore present-moment awareness and create space to settle into the richness of now.
The evening includes a brief Dharma talk and guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other healing instruments—supporting emotional integration, spaciousness, and deeper awareness of mind, body, and spirit.
