Zumba is a global dance phenomenon that invites the body and spirit into a state of pure, rhythmic connection. Originally inspired by the vibrant dance traditions of Latin America — Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, and Reggaeton — Zumba has since grown into a dynamic fusion of world rhythms, blending Afrobeat, Bollywood, Bhangra, Belly Dance, Hip Hop, and more into an electrifying celebration of movement.
Join us every Saturday at 10:30 am at the Third Street Center studio for a fun 50-minute class to explore every rhythm in movement and joy.

Two key focuses are building community and deepening relationships, and the opportunity for deeper spiritual exploration and search for meaning. This month, we are exploring Living Love through the spiritual practice of Presence. Please, join us!Please Note: There will be no Zoom or LiveStream and the music will be a cappella
