Opening October 6th, CCC presents What the Clay Records | a 50-Year Retrospective by Frank McGuirk. This landmark exhibition surveys five decades of McGuirk’s ceramic practice, shaped by time, friendship, and place. On display through October 31st. Details at carbondaleclay.org.

An engaging time where you and your child are invited to listen to stories, participate in large motor movement, experience sensory activities, and be able to interact with other children and caregivers. This is geared to children 0-3 years old.

Join us for our weekly Friday afternoon club at the AMERICAN LEGION at 97 N. 3rd St. in Carbondale. There will be live music from 5 to 7 weekly, and a burger, a beer and a bag of chips for $10. We also have horseshoe pits, cornhole, and shuffleboard for some summer fun. This event is open to the public every Friday.

¡Bilingual event! Celebrate and honor loved ones with a Día de los Muertos U-Paint-It Party at the Carbondale Clay Center. We provide the pre-made, Día-inspired clay creations for your ofrenda and you get to decorate it with underglaze paints.
We will then fire your piece so it is ready for pick-up the following week during First-Friday's Celebration in Carbondale.

Zumba is a global dance phenomenon that invites the body and spirit into a state of pure, rhythmic connection. Originally inspired by the vibrant dance traditions of Latin America — Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, and Reggaeton — Zumba has since grown into a dynamic fusion of world rhythms, blending Afrobeat, Bollywood, Bhangra, Belly Dance, Hip Hop, and more into an electrifying celebration of movement.

Join us every Saturday at 10:30 am at the Third Street Center studio for a fun 50-minute class to explore every rhythm in movement and joy.
