Move however you wish - there are no steps to follow - no instructor to compare yourself to - no mirrors to watch your self in. Let your body move you.
Dance with one eye inward and one eye outward.
Guidelines to Consider:
Bring clothes you can sweat and move in. Bring a water bottle.
Be mindful of your boundaries and the space of other dancers for personal safety.
Refrain from scents (including B.O. shower as a sacred act).
Abstain from intoxicating substances - let the movement, music and energy take you there.
