3 day immersion: June 2nd, 9th, 16thOverview: In today's fast-paced world, the quest for calm and clarity is more pertinent than ever. Yet, many express a common barrier: "I can't meditate." The "Pathway to Stillness" immersion dismantles this notion by illuminating yoga not just as a physical discipline but as a profound preparation for meditation. This immersive experience is designed as a comprehensive blueprint guiding participants towards achieving a meditative state, emphasizing that the journey to meditation is as significant as the destination itself.
Core Premise: Yoga is often celebrated for its physical benefits, yet its most profound gift lies in its ability to prepare the body and mind for deep meditation. "Pathway to Stillness" redefines yoga practice as the foundational groundwork, a preparatory path leading toward the ultimate goal of meditation. This immersion is crafted around the principle that before we can reach the peaks of meditation, we must embark on a preparatory journey—laying the groundwork through yoga.

A Death Cafe offers a safe place to share your thoughts, and hear what others have to offer on the subject of death and dying. Facing and talking about death can free us to live the rest of our lives in joy and peace. There is no set agenda – we gather to share our humanity and hopefully a few laughs as well! Amy Maron will lead the discussion. Please note this is not a bereavement or counseling session but rather an opportunity to bring comfort in talking about all things death. All are welcome and tea and cake will be provided!
