Mornings all week – 7:00 - 9:00 am FREE Bonfire coffee, tea, hot chocolate and breakfast snacks (can you say donuts?!) for cyclists on the corner of 4th & Main in downtown Carbondale.
Register you kids for: art classes, early release cribbage, Friday field trips, kids pump track time trials, peewee baseball, T-Ball, youth baseball/softball, youth hikes, and climbing classes.
Join us for a knitting and crocheting group to hang out, chat, share tips, and to meet other folks who fancy the craft needles! Bring whatever project(s) you are working on - all ability levels are welcome. We will share our knowledge and experience. Feel free to bring any yarn, patterns, or supplies you would like to donate so we can share amongst the group.
Our kids’ Aikido classes provide discipline, community building, and fun for ages 6-12.
Aikido is a non-violent, Japanese martial art that translates as “the way of harmonizing life force energy.” Training helps develop confidence, discipline, flexibility, fitness, mindset, cooperation, appropriate responsiveness, and healthy assertiveness.
Event Info: Remember those streamers from your childhood bike handlebars? Shred some shirts, glue some fabric, put on some Googly eyes and trick your bike out for an awesome week of bike love! Drinks, snacks, bike decorations, and music from our friendly team at Ragged Mountain Sports!
Gather to practice Insight Meditation together as a community and hear the teachings of the Buddha.The program includes a 30-40 minute meditation, a short break for tea and cookies followed by a Dharma talk.
