Nine candidates are running for three Glenwood Springs City Council seats. Four are running for the at-large seat, now occupied by Stephen Bershenyi. In this interview, Amy Hadden Marsh speaks to Rick Davis about development in town, traffic flow, and more. Ballots must be returned to the Glenwood Springs city clerk by 7 PM on April 4th.
