A popular late winter and springtime activity in Colorado is looking for deer and elk antlers in the woods for personal collection or sale. But Colorado Parks and Wildlife rules have changed this year. They are no longer limited to public lands in the Gunnison Basin and near Eagle; they now cover all public lands west of I-25.
