Millions of Gallons of Water Needed to Frack New Wells in North Fork

Gunnison Energy plans to use 65 acre-feet of water per well to frack 35 new natural gas wells, 12 miles north of Paonia. KDNK's Amy Hadden Marsh spoke with Alexander Forkes-Gudmundson with Paonia-based Citizens for a Healthy Community to find out more about the plan, its water source, and how it could impact Paonia's drought-starved supply.
