Conservation Groups Join Lawsuits to Support New State Air Quality Rules

A Denver District Court Judge last week granted seven conservation groups across Colorado intervenor status in two lawsuits - one filed by Garfield County -  that challenge new statewide air quality protections. KDNK’s Amy Hadden Marsh has more.
