Garfield County Approves $250K for RMI Lawsuit & Related Legal Costs

Garfield County Commissioners Monday approved a $250,000 supplemental for the 2021 budget. The money is designated for projected legal costs the county expects to incur related to Rocky Mountain Industrial’s proposed limestone quarry expansion near Glenwood Springs.
