Pitco Conditionally Mandates Indoor Masks

More than seven weeks after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended universal indoor masking in areas with "substantial" or "high" transmission of Covid-19, as of Thursday, September 16, Pitkin County is heeding the call. KDNK's Morgan Neely has more.
