Rifle City Council Wednesday night unanimously approved the appointment of Palisade Chief of Police Debra Funston to be Rifle’s new top cop. KDNK’s Morgan Neely spoke to Funston about her three decades of law enforcement experience, views on policing, and high school and college basketball career.
