Also, High Rockies Harm Reduction Director Maggie Seldeen reacts to comments by Garfield County Commissioners regarding opiate settlement funds. And, an effort to curb hunters’ use of lead bullets advanced yesterday at the State Capitol, while states in our region continue to be divided over abortion rights.
