Colorado's bustling beer and brewery sector is slowing down a bit. Meanwhile, consumers in Glenwood Springs may soon be able to satisfy the need for weed later into the night.

KDNK's Morgan Neely has Wednesday's news, including a look at upcoming volunteer opportunities for trail work around the listening area. Also, local students are continuing to do their part to help solve Colorado's intractable housing problem. And, residents of the Mountain West are being treated to rare opportunities to gaze at the Northern Light—around the Grand Tetons, no less. Meanwhile, the state's bustling beer scene might be chilling out, while Glenwood Springs residents might be able to satisfy their need for weed later into the night. Finally, heavy snowpack around the region could mean serious flooding during spring and summer runoff.

Morgan is KDNK's News Director. He comes to KDNK with public radio passion and experience. He was a news host, reporter, and operations/programming director at KAJX-Aspen, and has extensive experience working in municipal government.
