Hike participants and volunteers at the summit of Mushroom Rock at the Defiende Nuestra Tierra hike on Saturday, July 15. Organizers held the event to debut a new bilingual map of the Roaring Fork Valley's recreation opportunities that's made specifically with the Latin American community in mind.

KDNK's Morgan Neely has Friday's news, including the Biden Administration reviewing its coal policies. Also, after distressing incidents at Redstone's Old Fashioned Fourth of July last summer, the students of color who attend Colorado Rocky Mountain School's (HS)2 program decided to stay on campus this Independence Day. And, Defiende Nuestra Tierra, the Latin-American engagement arm of Wilderness Workshop, debuts a new map on top of Mushroom Rock.
