The proposed Pebble Mine threatens the pristine watersheds, rivers, and wetlands of Alaska's Bristol Bay - home to the largest wild salmon runs on the planet. California Representative Jared Huffman recently introduced an amendment to the House Energy and Water Appropriations bill to stop the permitting process for Pebble Mine.
