Katrina Byars is a former Carbondale Town Trustee and current democratic candidate for Garfield County’s Board of County Commissioners. She has a Masters of Legal Studies in natural resources and environmental law and is a long-time advocate for healthy communities and healthy public lands. She shares her practices and mindset for maintaining strong leadership amidst the political and social challenges of these times.
