Outgoing Police Chief Gene Schilling Says Goodbye to Mountain Fair

After 23 Mountain Fairs as Carbondale Police Chief, Gene Schilling will miss this year's fair. Here he tells a few Mountain Fair stories and doesn't take credit for putting his deputies in tie-dye, one of the signatures of Mountain Fair.
